Recipe Stir-fried Kangkung, Indonesian Food

Ingredients

- 1 bunch of watercress (kangkung)

- 1 large red pepper

- Chili sauce to taste (optional)

- 2 cloves of garlic

- 3 tablespoons oyster sauce

- 1 teaspoon granulated sugar

- Salt to taste

- 1 tomato

- Right amount of oil

- 1 shrimp paste (optional)

- 200 grams of fried rebon prawns

How To Cook Saute Kangkung Rebon

● Cut watercress (kangkung) according to taste. Then wash with clean water.

● Iris red chili, cayenne pepper, onion and garlic.

● Heat oil, saute onion and garlic until cooked and fragrant.

● After that input shrimp paste, galangal, red pepper and cayenne pepper. Saute for about 1 minute.

● Add oyster sauce on the edge of the stir-fry seasoning. Do not directly mix with the seasoning in the stir-fry!

● Wash washed watercress. Try kangkung in drain first. Enter also shrimp rebon already in the fry.

● Cook for 5 - 10 minutes according to taste.
